''At the heart of my style is a quiet reverence for minimal elegance.
I believe in spaces that speak softly—shaped by authenticity, guided by detail, and touched by something instinctively artistic.''
Danel Zharmenova is a cosmopolitan designer known for her artistic, editorial approach to sophisticated interiors. Born in Kazakhstan and educated in Switzerland, she weaves together global influences with a distinctly timeless sensibility—where architecture meets atmosphere.
With a foundation in Business Administration, Interior Design, and Graphic Design, she moves fluidly between creative instinct and strategic precision. Years of classical piano, ballroom dance, and brand management have shaped her sensitivity to rhythm, proportion, and balance—an awareness not only of how a space looks, but how it breathes, moves, and lingers in memory.

After contributing to design-recognized hospitality, retail, and residential projects featured in Interior Design, Hospitality Design, Dezeen, and Luxe Magazine, Danel founded STUDIO DANEL — a design atelier grounded in artistic rigor and emotional resonance. Now based in Houston, she creates interiors that are both timeless and tactile—spaces that hold memory, invite stillness, and unfold with grace.

At STUDIO DANEL, interiors become experiences. Sculpted. Thoughtful. Deeply felt.
